LeFrancis attended the joint Swearing In Ceremony for Assemblymember Isadore Hall, III (D – Compton) and Congresswoman Janice Hahn (D – San Pedro) at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 17, 2013, at the Carson Community Center. Los Angeles attorney, Carl Douglas was Master of Ceremonies for this event. The ceremony was followed by a public reception where LeFrancis had the opportunity to speak with Assemblyman Hall and other public officials and attendees.
